The municipality was looking for an engaging way to improve their service to local business owners. We designed a canvas to gather the problems they were facing, and during a pressure cooker with the local businesses gathered as much information as possible.

I designed and lead a workshop where we analysed each individual step that leads to littering and ideated on the whole process. Together, we created over 100 great ideas on how to minimize trash on the streets.
